There really are some creative people out there and I love finding unique and innovative products! Aroma Dough is my latest discovery (via my mom) and I couldn’t wait to share this product with all of you.

Remember when you were younger, and you spent hours squishing playdough in your hands, through your fingers, and some of you may even be a little guilty of eating bits of it because it was colourful and salty. Sitting and playing with playdough left me feeling super calm and creative when I was younger.

Aroma Dough has been around since 1995, and is a colourful playdough that is made with a carefully chosen blend of essential oils which will help you feel either energised, relaxed, calm or happy. The Aroma Dough balls are also infused with coconut oil, cocoa butter, bees wax, and depending on the range, contain between 13 and 17 ingredients.

I’ve been busy packing up my flat because I’m moving in a few days, and when I felt super tired the other afternoon, I opened the Energy tub and squeezed the dough in my hands for a while and inhaled the oils. It’s amazing how much better I felt after inhaling the essential oils! I was quite impressed that the dough didn’t leave my hands feeling sticky or oily, and I could smell the essential oils on my hands for quite a while after playing with it.
