I received this Lancome Doll Eyes Mascara sample in a goodie bag at an event one evening. The first time I applied this mascara, I instantly fell in love. The brush is a great shape because you can use the pointy side to get right into the corner of your eyes and reach those lashes. I am quite picky when it comes to mascara brushes as I prefer the longer bushy bristles, and this one got my nod of approval.The mascara formula was perfect because I was able to effortlessly coat it on my lashes without any clumps, and it lengthened my lashes considerably. My lashes looked amazing when I left the house and I thought the Chanel Le Volume mascara had met its match. Much to my disappointment, this mascara started out great, but it left me with terrible panda eyes at the end of the day. I used it on more than one occasion, and every time I had the same result. I really love what this mascara does to my lashes, but I can’t spend time every day trying to fix up my make-up. Unfortunatley, I won’t be buying this product.
