On Saturday I had an appointment to have my gelish soaked off. While waiting for the lady who was going to do my mani, I decided to browse through the Essie and Morgan Taylor colours. A pretty pink caught my eye and I decided to go with All Dolled Up, but at the last minute I changed my mind and opted for Morgan Taylor’s Night Owl. As soon as Eunice, Sorbet Greenside, painted my first nail I knew I had made the right choice. This dark colour looks black, but it actually has a very deep purple in it. I usually have dark nails in winter and can’t wait to wear this! Now I just need to learn to paint my nails as neatly as Eunice did.
I’m yet to try Morgan Taylor polishes – how do you find it wears? Love this colour – also a fan of darker polishes in winter 🙂
My mani has chipped already but it is possibly because my nails are always week when I remove the gelish. They are also longer than I usually wear them. I need to try again with shorter nails and then I am sure it will last longer. The pink I have on my toe nails has lasted 2 weeks and only has one small chip. I’m very predictable when it comes to colours on my nails – coral for summer and black/dark for winter 🙂
