Last year I bought myself a brown bomber jacket from Woolies and have worn it a hundred times! It really was a great buy. I wanted a jacket in brown to have a bit of a break from all the black in my wardrobe and when I saw it on the rack I knew it was the one.

A few weeks ago while browsing through Woolies I came across this gorgeous black quilted bomber. I immediately put my bag down and tried it on. It looked amazing and I knew it was my new jacket for winter.

The bomber jacket isn’t very feminine but luckily you can make them look a little more girlie when you pair them with florals, lace, dresses and skirts. Mine is a black quilted pleather bomber (another trend I currently love is leather!) but if that’s not your scene I’ve seen others online in soft floral fabrics as well. Most of the time I pair my jackets with a white tee and jeans and then either boots or pumps. This year sneakers are in, and there are some great styles and colours to choose from, so I’ll probably finish my outfit off with some sneakers for more of a sporty look.
