Like me, I’m sure you’re all feeling super tired as the year starts winding down (even though at times it feels like it is speeding up and getting more chaotic). 2016 has been particularly challenging for me, but equally rewarding at the same time. Instead of only focussing on all the bad things and challenges that you’ve faced this year, try using a different lens and focus on what you were taught and what you overcame.
It’s just a little over 2 weeks until Christmas, family time, and New Year celebrations. So if you feel overwhelmed, exhausted (I have swopped my morning coffee for 2 sachets of VitaThion to boost me), and stressed, put your hair in a bun, drink some coffee (or tea), and handle it.
You are capable of overcoming far more than you realise.
